By Dr.Tim Orr

I’m thrilled to announce that my new book is now available on Kindle and Audible, with the paperback edition set to release on July 15 through Amazon. This project is the culmination of years spent in cross-cultural ministry, theological research, and gospel engagement with Muslims. It’s written for anyone who desires a deeper understanding of how the message of Christ, especially as articulated by the apostle Paul, speaks powerfully into the Islamic worldview.

Structured into four distinct parts, the book guides the reader on a journey of theological clarity, missional insight, and spiritual preparation.

Part I: The Human Condition and Divine Revelation

We begin by examining the core human problem, as presented by Paul, and contrasting it with Islamic perspectives on sin and identity. From there, we engage in a comparative study of Jesus in the Bible and the Qur’an, leading into a vital discussion on revelation and authority. The section also includes a gospel-centered critique of Islamic concepts of justice and mercy, ending with Paul’s vision of adoption and identity in Christ—a radical alternative to performance-based religious identity.

Part II: The Gospel’s Offense and Glory

This section offers a bold examination of the theological differences between the gospel and the Islamic message. Drawing from Paul’s warnings in Galatians, I explore the exclusive nature of the gospel, the sufficiency of grace over works, and the centrality of the cross. Rather than softening the message to avoid offense, Paul calls us to embrace its beauty and power, even when it offends. This section is especially relevant for those who want to share their faith without losing its substance.

Part III: Paul Among the Nations

Turning from theology to mission strategy, this part uses Paul’s ministry in Acts—especially in Athens—as a model for gospel witness in a pluralistic and often hostile world. It explores how we can contextualize the gospel without compromising its integrity, offers a biblical critique of insider movements, and highlights how Paul navigated cultural and linguistic barriers while remaining firmly anchored in gospel truth.

Part IV: Spiritual Resistance and Missional Resilience

Ultimately, I address the spiritual realities underlying gospel engagement. Paul’s apocalyptic vision reminds us that ministry is not merely intellectual or social—it is spiritual warfare. This section unpacks spiritual armor, gospel resilience, and the call to bold, Spirit-empowered witness. It closes with an epilogue that is both a prayer and a charge: to stand firm until the nations sing with joy at the glory of Christ.

Whether you’re a pastor, missionary, seminary student, or someone simply seeking to understand Christian-Muslim dialogue, I believe this book will encourage and equip you.

Available now on Kindle and Audible, with a paperback release scheduled for July 15.

If it resonates with you, I’d love for you to leave a review and share it with others. Let’s be clear, courageous, and compassionate in our witness—until the nations rejoice in Christ.
